Your information deserves a clear boundary.

Learn how LoanTree separates quick questions from the secure mortgage application and where to find financial privacy information.

Two different ways to contact LoanTree

The quick inquiry asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, general loan purpose, and question. Do not place an SSN, account number, financial document, or detailed financial history in that form.

The full application asks for information used to understand a mortgage request. It is a separate, phone-and-PIN-protected experience and is the appropriate place to provide application details.

Information covered by the privacy notice

  • Contact, identity, application, property, employment, income, asset, liability, and credit information.
  • Documents and communications a borrower chooses to provide.
  • Technical and security records required to operate and protect the service.
  • The sources of information, purposes of use, recipients, retention periods, and available choices.

Financial privacy notice

A website privacy policy and the federal financial privacy notice are not interchangeable. When required, the applicable LoanTree entity will provide an initial GLBA privacy notice based on its actual collection, affiliate, nonaffiliate, sharing, and opt-out practices.

Your choices and questions

The privacy notice explains how to request access or correction, update contact details, manage communication preferences, exercise any applicable state privacy rights, and submit a privacy complaint.

Contact LoanTree at info@loantreellc.com or (303) 328-1490. Communication preferences are described in the communication terms.
