Current public and internal records conflict on LoanTree’s company NMLS ID, legal-entity wording, broker or lender role, and licensed-state list. Those identifiers must not be published until they are reconciled against NMLS and regulator records.

What will appear here after verification

  • Exact legal entity name, LoanTree trade-name relationship, and physical business address.
  • Company NMLS ID and a direct NMLS Consumer Access verification link.
  • Broker, lender, correspondent, or other role applicable to each transaction.
  • License type, number, regulator, and required notice for each authorized state.
  • Consumer complaint contacts and any state-prescribed website language.
