If you separately consent in a LoanTree transaction, the consent applies to records for that mortgage inquiry or application, including disclosures, notices, agreements, authorizations, statements, status messages, and other records that LoanTree is permitted to provide electronically. It does not change the content or timing required by law.

Viewing this page, submitting an inquiry, or starting an application does not by itself provide electronic-delivery consent.

You may decline electronic delivery. You may also request a paper copy of a record provided electronically by contacting LoanTree. LoanTree does not charge a fee for a required paper disclosure or for withdrawing electronic-delivery consent. Declining electronic delivery is not the same as declining a mortgage application.

You may withdraw consent or update the email address used for delivery by contacting LoanTree at the phone number or email below. Withdrawal applies to records sent after LoanTree has had a reasonable time to process the request. It does not affect the validity of records previously provided electronically and may slow an online transaction when paper delivery is required.

To use electronic records, you need:

• A device with a current web browser and reliable internet access.
• An active email address that you can access.
• Software capable of opening PDF files.
• Enough storage to save records, or access to a printer.

If these requirements materially change, LoanTree will provide updated requirements and obtain renewed consent when required before relying on electronic delivery.

A separate consent step must ask you to confirm that you can view, save, or print the electronic records on the device you are using. LoanTree retains the consent version, date and time, transaction, and available delivery evidence.
