Choose how you receive records.

The final consent will identify whether it applies only to one mortgage transaction or to specified categories of applications, disclosures, notices, agreements, authorizations, statements, and other records during the relationship. It will not expand the content or timing of any disclosure required by law.

You may choose not to use electronic records. Before consent, the production disclosure will explain how to obtain paper delivery, how to request paper copies after consenting, and whether any fee applies. Declining electronic delivery must not be represented as declining a mortgage application.

The production disclosure will provide a working method to withdraw electronic consent and to update the email address or other contact information used for delivery. It will also state any conditions or consequences of withdrawal before you consent.

To use electronic records, you need:

• A device with a current web browser and reliable internet access.
• An active email address that you can access.
• Software capable of opening PDF files when a record is delivered as a PDF.
• Enough storage to save records, or access to a printer if you prefer paper copies.

If requirements change in a way that creates a material risk that you cannot access or retain later records, the production process must provide the revised requirements and obtain any renewed consent required by law.

In the production application, your consent must confirm that you can view this disclosure on the device you are using and can save or print records in the formats LoanTree will use. Consent records must retain the disclosure version, time, transaction, and delivery evidence.
