A follow-up request should say what happens next.

These terms separate inquiry responses, application servicing messages, and any optional marketing communications.

Channel configuration still required

The final terms must match the phone, text, email, automation, recording, and marketing tools LoanTree actually uses. This draft does not authorize a channel that has not been compliance-approved.

Responding to your request

Submitting a quick inquiry asks LoanTree to respond about that inquiry using the contact details you provide. It is not a mortgage application, credit authorization, or consent to unrelated marketing.

Application and transactional messages

If you start an application, LoanTree may need to send security, authentication, document, disclosure, status, and service messages. The production terms will identify which messages are required to operate the relationship and which are optional.

Text and telephone practices

The final consent must identify the calling party, permitted purpose, phone number, technology used, expected frequency, opt-out method, and whether consent is a condition of purchasing a product or service. Message and data rates may apply when text messaging is used.

Managing preferences

Production email and text programs must include working opt-out instructions. A marketing opt-out does not prevent messages needed to complete a requested transaction, provide legally required records, or protect account security. Contact info@loantreellc.com or (303) 328-1490 to request a preference change while the automated preference center is being finalized.
